playarka.com presents Playarka's products to venue operators, developers, and partners in India. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Prices, figures, and calculators

Published prices are genuine from-prices for the stated configuration, exclusive of GST, site works, and freight unless stated otherwise. Revenue figures, comparison tables, and the interactive calculators are indicative models built from stated assumptions - they are planning tools, not guarantees of business performance. The only numbers that bind either of us are the ones in a signed quotation or contract.

Competitor references

Comparison pages compile published listings, distributor material, and buyer-reported terms, dated on each page. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners; references are nominative and comparative. If you believe a figure is out of date, write to hello@playarka.com and we will review it.

Intellectual property

Site content, product designs, and the Playarka and Fundook marks are ours. You may quote or link to this site freely with attribution; do not republish substantial parts of it commercially without permission.

Liability and law

The site is provided as-is; we are not liable for decisions made on indicative figures alone. These terms are governed by Indian law with courts at Pune having jurisdiction.
